At eyesurveillance we are committed to providing the highest
levels of Customer Service and Support to our system
and network. From initial Set-up and training
on all EYE3 products, to assistance on making client
presentations and proposals, providing technical support,
we work hand-in-hand with all our Distributors and Dealers
to make them successful. We understand well, that eyesurveillance’s
success is largely dependant on the success of our Distributor
and Dealer network.
This Distributor/Dealer portal has been exclusively
developed for rapid and up-to-date exchange of information
between our dealer network and us. This portal can be
used to manage the following activities:
* Dealer specific Pricing and Discounts
* Any special promotions through joint collaboration
between the dealer and eyesurveillance
* Marketing material specifically focused on the dealer’s
target market
* Status of Orders/Shipments
* Delivery mechanism of any software enhancements or
patches requested by the dealer. If the patch
is global, it will be delivered to all the dealers.
* Preview and announcements of new and upcoming products,
tools and technologies
* Knowledge base and repository of templates such as
sample presentations, sample proposals, sample
marketing letters, eyesurveillance graphics and Logos etc.
At present eyesurveillance is looking for new regional distributors
and local dealers in the following major metro areas:
New York, New Jersey, Boston, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh,
Cleveland, Cincinnati, Memphis, Knoxville, Atlanta,
Miami, Orlando, Tampa/St. Petersburg, Dallas, Houston,
Chicago, Indianapolis, St. Louis, San Francisco, Los
Angeles, Phoenix, Denver, Salt Lake City, Las Vegas,
Reno, Little Rock, New Orleans, Minneapolis/St. Paul.
We are also looking for distributors and dealers in
the Canada and other International Territories.
